Research Interests:
I am broadly interested in the wiring and neural circuitry of the auditory periphery, specifically the efferent feedback system and how it modulates incoming auditory information. I am also driven by a keen interest in understanding the underlying causes of hearing loss and exploring innovative approaches to treatment such as gene therapy and inner ear regeneration. This pursuit holds personal significance for me as it provides an opportunity to build upon my own experience with single-sided deafness while contributing to advancements in the field.

Fun Facts:
What fictional universe would you like to visit or be a part of?
I would love to live inside a Studio Ghibli film - the landscape animations are just stunning.

What superpower do you wish you had?
Talk to animals. Dr. Dolittle shouldn't be the only one.
